For all physical abilities, this 10-week class uses imagery, meditation and slow continuous movements done standing or sitting to help move and direct qi (energy). Potential benefits from this ancient Chinese practice include pain management, improved concentration, increased energy and well being. (Not recommended for those with bipolar or schizophrenic conditions). Instructors are certified through the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
