Approach to Fitness

Finding the right fitness program for you is so important in maintaing a healthy lifestyle, but "fitness" and "health" are not always synonymous.  Often the "yang" type exercises; yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, etc. are overlooked and we tend to focus most of our energy on the "ying" type exercises; running, biking, weight lifting.  Maintaining balance with both types of exercise is an integral part of health.  With the many tools we have available to us, it is easy to find the right regimine which can incooperate hard work and rest and recovery.
